At Slice Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance 3D printing components and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our technical support team is here to assist with troubleshooting or processing your return.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our support team through the official portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Components
Carefully pack the unused items in their original Slice Engineering packaging, ensuring all small parts, thermal paste, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it back to our Florida-based facility using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
